Manitobans can download a QR code as well that businesses can scan when you enter in any establishments that requires a fully vaccinated.
During the opening game of Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Manitoban fans flocks the IG stadium with their immunization card with them. Fans can’t go inside the stadium without proof of fully vaccination. So it is a must that you apply and download the QR Code into your phone.
